Founder and Trainer

I have many years’ experience of observing what makes a person a good speaker.

I have 30 years’ experience of the legal profession and of courtroom advocacy. I have 17 years’ experience of training postgraduate students for the Bar. I am a NITA (National Institute of Trial Advocacy) accredited trainer. I was Course Director for the Bar Vocational Course at Nottingham Law School and have trained Bar students in Advocacy at BPP University (London and Birmingham).

During my teaching/training career I have noticed the transformation that comes about in a person when they learn to express a point of view clearly and to articulate an argument persuasively.

I want to use this experience to help people to find their voices and express themselves better.

Articulate Oxford is for anyone who wants to learn to communicate well in a public space.
